How do you ship my order?

For nationwide deliveries across Pakistan, we have chosen TCS, Leopard Couriers, and M&P to ship our products safely.

While our delivery partners try to service every city and town across Pakistan, there are sometimes remote exclusions. For any exceptional cases, our team will get in touch with you directly while processing your order.

When will I get my order?

Estimated transit time for Domestic Orders is as follows:

• Lahore — 1 to 2 Working Days

• Major Metro Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) — 2 to 3 Working Days

• Other Main Cities — 3 to 5 Working Days

• Rural & Remote Areas — 5 to 8 Working Days

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will automatically notify you via your registered WhatsApp number and email, providing a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

What about returns?

All orders, once shipped, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
