Roti is the biggest single source of carbohydrate in most Pakistani meals, and regular wheat or multigrain atta carries a high Glycemic Load — a large glucose release after every meal. Diafexy is made with 50% nuts and seeds instead, with a Glycemic Load of just 7 per 100g. You keep eating home-cooked roti, daliya and everyday food, and take in far less glucose doing it.
Use Diafexy exactly as you use normal atta — roti with sabzi, daal or meat, or a creamy daliya for breakfast. No calorie counting, no separate meal plans, no giving up the food you love.

Energy 460 kcal, total carbohydrate 30g, fat 18g per 100g. Net carbs = total carbohydrate minus fibre.
Nuts and seeds mix 50% (almond, peanut, flax seed, sesame seed, pumpkin seed, coconut), fat-free soya flour, isolated soy protein, psyllium husk (sat-ispaghol), lentils, salt.
100% vegetarian. No added sugar. No artificial additives or preservatives. Allergy advice: contains nuts, seeds and soya.
Diafexy needs more water and more kneading than regular atta — that's normal for a high-fibre, high-protein flour.
Serving size: 20g per chapatti. Suggested: 2 to 4 servings a day. Drink plenty of water — this atta is high in fibre and protein.
Storage: once opened, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
